COMING TO THE LORD’S TABLE.(Luke 22:14-23, 1Cor 11:23-28) DEACON MIKA KANJA.
In the message “Coming to the Lord’s Table,” Deacon Mika Kanja reflected on the sacred meaning of Communion as recorded in Luke 22:14–23 and 1 Corinthians 11:23–28. The teaching reminded the congregation that the Lord’s Table is not a routine ritual, but a holy moment of remembrance, reflection, and renewal.
The Lord’s Supper was instituted as a powerful symbol of sacrifice and covenant. The bread represents the body given, and the cup represents the blood poured out. It is a declaration of grace, redemption, and the foundation of our faith.
